The Quest for the Main Story, part 14.

Having battled the same dragon twice and endured some old men shouting at him, our hero needs some relaxation and a change of pace. "Fine!", says the bossy Delphine, "infiltrate this Thalmor party - but instead of partying, you should find out why they unleashed the dragons!"
